Terms of Use

1. What DJ Extend is

DJ Extend is an online tool that makes a DJ version of a song you upload: extended intro and outro, plus cutting a section or the ending. The service is in beta and changes often.

2. Who can use it

You sign in with a Google account. The service is for people 18 or older, or minors with a parent's consent. By signing in you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

3. Rights to the songs you upload

• Only upload songs that are yours, or that you have the rights or permission to use (for example DJs, producers and creators).
• Do not upload other people's copyrighted songs without the rights holder's permission.
• The versions are for your personal use and your own sets and gigs, not for publishing, distribution or sale without the rights holder's permission.
• You are responsible for what you upload and how you use the versions. We do not check the rights to each song.
• Rights in a song stay with their owners; we do not take ownership of your songs.

4. Prohibited content

No illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or files meant to harm the service. We may remove content and block users who break these terms.

5. Rights holders: takedown

If you own rights in a song uploaded here and want it removed, email sa0527603879@gmail.com and we will act quickly.

6. File retention

Working files are deleted automatically after about 12 hours. A private copy of songs is kept for a limited time for service quality (only the most recent songs, then deleted). Download your version when it's ready.

7. Limits, credits and payments

Use is currently free, with a limit on the number of songs. Paid credit packs may be offered in the future. Any price and its terms will be shown before you pay, and nothing is charged without your confirmation.

8. Provided as-is

This is a beta tool. It may make mistakes, be unavailable or change. We do not guarantee any particular result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost files or your use of the versions, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us (if anything) in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For a material change we will ask you to accept again at your next visit.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law; the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
